A cute fox plays in a colorful pile of autumn leaves, full of shapes to fill in with color.
Fox’s Story
A little fox plays outside today.
Autumn leaves cover the ground.
Red, orange, and yellow leaves make a big pile.
He hops right into the crunchy pile.
Leaves fly around his paws.
A tree stump stands nearby.
His fluffy tail curls around his feet.
He jumps into the leaves again.
Playing in leaves is his favorite autumn game.
What a colorful and fun day!
Did You Know?
Foxes have such good hearing that they can hear a tiny mouse squeak from far away.
Try It Out
Count the leaves in the pile before you pick up a crayon.
Coloring Tip
Red, orange and yellow together make the autumn leaves really pop against the fox.
Autumn leaves give this fox plenty of shapes and edges to fill in, more than most pages in the set. Print the outline for coloring time and keep the colored version on hand as a guide. Check out more animal pages in the Animal Coloring Pages collection.
