Koala’s Story
A little koala wants to climb today.
He finds his favorite tree.
He wraps his arms around the wide trunk.
Up, up, up he climbs.
Green eucalyptus leaves grow above him.
He holds on tight with both paws.
Soft grass grows below the tree.
At last, he reaches the leaves.
He gives a big happy smile.
What a great climb for a little koala!

Coloring Tip
Go with a fresh green for the eucalyptus leaves before moving on to the koala’s fur.
This koala has already made it to the top of his favorite tree, which is about as much excitement as a koala needs for one day. Both a line-art page and a colored reference print for free, no sign-up required. See the rest of the set under Animal Coloring Pages.
